Support Sustainable Development – Partnership Opportunities for Business
The third session of the Summit will focus on “Achieving Development”. Aligned with this theme, the Summit will offer your company an excellent platform to demonstrate how you are making a contribution to development and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
It is our hope that every participant will come prepared to share a new commitment or announcement and the Summit will provide a forum for participants to make these announcements public. Participants will also have access to a speakers’ corner to record on-camera announcements and commitments to be broadcast via a “Leaders’ Livestream” both at the event and through the UN Webcast.
We expect that a highlight of the Summit will be the announcement of new partnerships between business and the UN in support of UN goals, especially the MDGs. You may wish to consider engaging in any of the below list of partnership opportunities from across the UN System that both contribute to the MDGs and could benefit from additional corporate participation. We would like to encourage you to review the initiatives and reach out to the contacts listed to learn more about how your company can get involved.
